Providence City Council President Pro Tempore (Ward 9) and Councilwoman Althea Graves (Ward 12) joined Providence Mayor Brett Smiley, first responders, Providence fire fighters and police at the Public Safety Complex to remember those lost on September 11, 2001.

City Councilors joined staff of the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council for a tour of the of the  watershed, Rhode Island’s only urban bike path, linking parks and green spaces across the area.
