COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS PUBLIC HEARING

RELATIVE TO ABANDONMENT OF PUBLIC HIGHWAYS ORDERED:

 That all those owners of land abutting along the following street are hereby notified to appear before the Committee on Public Works of the City Council on Monday, April 22, 2019 at 5:30 PM, in the Chamber of the City Council, City Hall, Providence, Rhode Island to be heard for or against the following proposition:

COMMUNICATION FROM ANDREW M. TEITZ, ESQUIRE, AICP, URSILLO, TEITZ & RITCH, LTD., 2 WILLIAMS STREET, PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND 02903, DATED JANUARY 31, 2019, REQUESTING TO ABANDON A PORTION OF FONES ALLEY.

 All persons or agencies interested in the above-listed abandonment Petition(s) will have an opportunity to be heard and/or to submit communications in writing. Copies of the proposed Petition and information thereon may be obtained prior to the Hearing at the City Clerk’s Department, Providence City Hall, 25 Dorrance Street, Providence, Rhode Island, 02903 between the hours of 8:30 o’clock A.M. and 4:30 o’clock P.M. on regular business days. The proposed Petition may be modified or amended prior to the close of the public hearing without further advertising, as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the public hearing. Any modification or amendment will be presented for comment in the course of the hearing.
